Re: Anybody heard the J Page/Black Crowes live CD? Yep the "Clarksdale" CD is not for the uninitiated. As I have spent untold hours over the years listening and learning the Zep rep the old way..repeated listening..(wore out a ZepII album literally),it is very similar thematically to the older tunes. what I mean by that is, Yeah if you want to play a Zep song and bash out Rock'n'Roll you might have most of it down, But it STILL trips me out to find a new little nuance here and there. So the sloppiest Axe slinger ever manages to land on his feet( find bootlegs). But there is creedence in his orchestral assembledges...   Now to hear what Jimmy SHOULDA played like live..I'll suggest "In My Fathers Name" by Jason Bonham..rippin stuff there!!! not 4 stars overall but a worthy addition to a Zepophiles listening pile.   Thanx   Gene
