In Steve's example about the PU swap, a little detective work would have revealed a great deal, like who sold it ..took it back.In other words which salesperson to chew out. Now if the sales person was a top writer for the store..forget it!! management would look the other way!! what a mind twist..you can imagine what happened if the "deal" really stunk. I was amazed at the double standard...because believe me I had to account for every penny daily!!! I am sooo happy to be gone Jethro
