| Dominik | Re: Am I too dumb(le) to understand this?? Hi Steve, when I refer to Skyliner I mean: 0.1uF for to the mid pot, 220k Rp on Cl1, 180k Rp on Cl2, or to make it short 1997 Humble Overdraft Specimen Rev.1.2. My Power supply layout looks like this: 250 V AC ---->| to 1N4007 250 V AC ---->|to 1N4007 after the diodes: 352 V DC, cap to ground (33uF,450V), series resistor: 1,2 k (4 Watt), cap to ground (15uF, 450 V): 340 V, from there for Dumble-atrix, 1k series 22uF to ground: 338 V, and for the rest: 4,2k series 15 uF to ground: 315 V, series 4k with cap to ground 15uF: 299V, series 1k with cap to ground: 297 V. I get the following Anode voltages: Skyliner: Cl1: 188 V (209.6 V in schemo) Cl2: 229 V (206.0 V) OD1: 207 V (227.5 V) OD2: 214 V (229 V) 70s: cl1: 195 V cl2: 196 V od1: 199 V od2: 201 V dumbleatrix: 330 V on anode 1 All in all, after getting the useful information on how to calculate the nesecary resistors for the voltage drops from this list (thanks again), designing the PS was not difficult. As said, I had more problems with the switching thing.BTW I used a 220k in front of the OD input trimmer on the 70sOD. I will now go out and get another 6 V relay. Still there is some hum, but I will ground the DC supply today and see what happens. Dominik |
