I have two seperate channels each with clean and overdrive (that makes two relays) and one relay for switching between the seperate channels. ONe channel is modeled after the 70s OD (Deep Switch Rock/Jazz) the other after the skyline type (tone stack after OD).

I used 100 Ohm resistors on the LEDs. Still I have a going down of voltage when the relays are engaged. I put 47 uF electrolytics across the - and + poles of the relays to keep clikcing down (or to eliminate, since it is completely gone now). The relays can take 5 - 11 V as per spec.I used the MKiii type setup, but installed four 1N4007 instead of the 25A bridge rectifier. The 6.3 V AC winding gives 2.7 A if nessecary, but I doubt that the relays and LEDS draw that much. I donīt know how much current the relays draw, since the specs donīt tell me.THe LEds draw 10 mA each I guess (If= 10 mA). Oddly enoug, when using (as said before) a 9 V DC source (for protable CD player) the switching is ok, but the relays get a bit hot. Thanks for the input so far, I hope I will have this sorted out, since it is a bit depressing to have an amp running and sounding fine, but not being able to fix that damn channel switching thinggy.
