| Corwin | Re: SLOPE RESISTOR? one thing that the schem is missing is a large value coupling cap before the tone stack to take the DC off of the pot. a sweep control in the schem would be scratchy without the cap, probably .44uF/400V for a minimum value. I seem to remember Steve Ahola's Pro Maniac having a 2.2uF/400V coming off of the CF into the tone stack for the same reason(to keep DC off of the shift switch). Corwin |
