You might want to mount the MV pot on the front panel, moving the Vibrato Intensity to the rear panel (since the amp was trashed to begin with, you might as well drill a few holes in the rear panel for the intensity pot and the FX loop). If you don't want/need the vibrato you could use its tube socket for a tube-buffered FX loop (there are a few varieties on my site).
