Looking in my "miscellaneous file" I find a hand drawn version of an actual GA5T which I drew some time ago. This version seems to fit your descriptiuon of 6AQ5's and 6EU7's with a 6X4 rectifier. The "T" version uses a 12AX7 for "tremolo" function . The version I drew had seen some previous work and may not have been perfectly original, but if you feel this is of some use, please let me know and I would gladly provide either a scan / email or snail mail copy for your amusement.
