HERE'S A THOUGHT: I know Chris H. and I both live in the South somewhere, and there's been a lot of comment from the Seattle sector, but maybe SteveA has the right idea -- I used to work for an AV install company and we did a lot of setups for videoteleconferencing. Have maybe 5 conventions, guest speakers "televised" and each location is capable of posing questions to the central speaker. Maybe each location has a guest speaker.
