Farrow	I've got one... I have a "TITANO" accordian amp with (of all things) a QUARTET of 7591As. They are run in fixed bias (-22V on one pair and -25V on the other) in stereo with 460V on the plates. I measured 45W on the "Bass" amp (into an 8ohm load) and 38W on the "Treble." This amp is as loud as (but not as piercing) as my '72 Twin (conv. to blackface.) NOONE has ever seen an amp like this...
