Steve, the later Dumble-built amps had a "lead channel master volume," which had many names depending upon the amp. This control was a full blown pot, most often called "Ratio" and was the lead master volume. The other control, however, remains a trimmer to this day as far as I know. In the early Dumbles it was a fixed voltage divided, and of course it later becase the 100K trimmer.
