Click noises in Ibanez DoubleSound

JohnC	Click noises in Ibanez DoubleSound It's a fuzz wah. Everything works great, and the fuzz in really nice and thick. But when I turn the fuzz on, it makes a terrible click. Also The fuzz's high output? introduces a bad hiss? in my amp. Really loud. And also makes the wah/volume pot much more noisy. No problem at all when I just turn the pedal on and off (effect/bypass) Any help? The pedal is like new.
