tboy | If it isn't one thing... ...then it's another! firebottle.com was offline from about 6:00am to 8:00pm (GMT) today. This was caused by a yet to be determined problem with the billing deptartment at my ISP. It seems the account was terminated because I hadn't paid my bill, but the fact is I did pay the bill early yesterday. The billing department will be closed until Tuesday, but I was able to contact someone in the support department, and they agreed to reactivate the account until I can get in touch with billing on Tuesday and get it straightened out. And so, once again, I offer my sincere appologies. --tboy |
