I don't think that's exactly right. My recollection is that both the Rocket and the Liverpool use 4xEL34 and the Express uses either 2xEL34 or 2x6V6 (without having to readjust bias when switching tube types). The Express runs class AB, not class A like the other two.  
 
 
 
I'd love to try playing any of these amps someday!
