A certain Mark Knopfler plays a Strat made by John Suhr, which has a fixed Floyd Rose. I think, there is no trem routing on this guitar. Instead of the spring block there are screws bolted through the spring block mounting holes directly into the body. This might be as good in as a Gibson bridge with tailpiece. |
