Hey MJ,  
I'm not into having an old looking new guitar but i wasnt so keen on the pure white either!  
 
I had really good results by soaking my knobs in *super strong coffee.  
You'll have to leave it in for at least a week befiore anything happens.  
 
I took off the knobs, pup covers and switchknob,but the only real change was in the knobs, and only a slight difference in the pup covers and the swutch knob.  
 
Thing is, do not(!) use tea for an aged look, its too red-ish. Coffee alone is perfect for the old yellowed appearance.  
But if your satisfied with it now, well then... :-)
