enorton	Re: humming P-90... grrr!! P-90 is a single coil Pu and as such will pick up noise. The stacked 90'2 (really P-100) will cancel noise but at a tone sacrifice. It's a trade off!!! Take the guitar out side, away from the lighting see if it cleans up. also try movning the guitar at right angles to the amp. A noise gate also helps. I've got several guitars with all types of coils. I thind the p-90 is the best...for me anyway. It just takes some dickin' with to learn how to get over the problems) Good luck man.
