DanF | Re: 448VDC on the plate of a 6V6 (using a 6X5 rectifier tube) I replaced the cathode resistor with a 3 watt 470 ohm resistor (actually measures 465 ohm). New measurements: 6V6 plate to cathode: 343 VDC Current: 39 mA Watts: 13.5 The amp sounds (and looks) great and all is well. Thanks again for the help. Dan |
