Assuming that you also just don't happen to have a short somewhere in the PT and it is applying to much voltage step up to the secondary....  
The only thing I missed was seeing where you put the 6SL7 back in too!  
This also draws a bit of current through the B+ rail and will drop the plate voltage a wee bit.  
The 270 ohm cathode bias resistor does seem a bit too low in value for use like this, at over 350vdc, so, I'd go to 470 to 510 now and see how that works with ALL the tubes in the amp.  
Wish I was more familiar with the amp, but I don't think I'd like any SE 6V6GT tube running at over 16 watts no matter what.  
So if you end up with about 365vdc from plate to cathode I think you and the tube will be much happier seeing about 40ma or less at idle.  
Most of the books are talking about the plate cathode voltage, not the B+ to ground.  
Also, those figures are usually center values and can be exceeded in most guitar amp applications.
