The voltages seem kind of high - with the cathode resistor at 312 ohms, the idle current is 16VDC/.312k = 51ma, making for plate dissipation of (370-16)VDC*.051A = 18W (someone correct my math or formulas if I'm wrong). Kind of high for a 6V6, should be around 11-15W.  
 
The plate voltage will be different if you adjust the cathode resistor, since that's what sets the idle of the tube.
