Pro Reverb squealing

JCS | Pro Reverb squealing Hi All, I have a freinds BFPR on the bench. When I turn the reverb knob up it starts squealing. This is without the pan hooked up. I have not done a cap job on it yet, but the filter caps have been replaced at some time. I checked all the tubes, and all the voltages seem to be normal. Any idea what could be causing the squealing ? All input is appreciated. JCS |
