Looks like you’ll have to replace that POS particle board with some real wood :)  
 
Something isn’t right here. You seem to have eliminated everything but it still isn’t working.

Your earlier post said there was a click. If that click came from the amp I’d think it was the thermal trip on the power transistor heatsink.
