In the mean time I discovered that this model shared bypass caps on the reverb and trem circuits. So I wired it like theAA270 layout and it helped, but still motorboats at high volume settings.Seams like any extra gain sets it off.Maybe this sheds some lite on the problem ? Sounds great BTW, when its not motorboating , but I bought this amp to crank it into power tube distortion. Thanks JCS
