Silverface Vibrolux motorboating ?

JCS | Silverface Vibrolux motorboating ? Hi All, I have a SFV that is motorboating. It's OK at low volume, but when you turn it up it starts going off. I just blackfaced it and changed all the electrolytic caps, but no coupling or disk caps. I also tried to clean up the lead dress as I went. On the tube amp debuging page it talks about B+ decoupling caps being the problem. Could someone explain this or anything else that would solve this problem ? Thanks JCS |
