Did you do this in both triodes, across R4 and R11?
How does this sound compared to the original 100k?
This is a methods/skills question. I'm curious about how to cleanly and carefully change out components on the PJ's "flimsy" PC board. Do you have any tips or tricks on how to work on these things? Should I snip off the old component at its body and solder in the new one like a butt joint - new leg to old leg - to stay off the PCB? Thanks, -Dave M. | |||
