It looks like the first dual triode is a long tail pair and then there's another dual triode that just amplify the outs of the long tail pair. If so, there seems to be some errors like no grid resistors for the first dual triode and the "long tail" (the cathode resistors/caps) doesn't look right. If you're revising the schematic, label the components (R1, C1, etc. ) as it makes it easier to comment.

I took a look at it Nils.
