Ken Gilbert | Re: I invented the tube amp... ahh, really.. who cares? it's not enough to get mad about. we all have personalities, and not everything is worth a fight. sometimes to get really into the zone you gotta be a pretty narcissistic dickhead. it's part of getting posessed by your work--you have to stand on your own shoulders. him getting pissed off only tells me a little bit about his emotional state and personality skills... it doesn't say a damned thing about how his amps SOUND and the ingenuity with which he builds them. just my anti-rant for the day. kg |
