I've not seen LCR caps on an amp that early...They are most likely replacements, but they do typically have a date code on them. The laydown mains could indicate 2 things, a) The amp is not a US or Japan export, or b) That the amp is actually a US export plexi era amp. I've seen lots of laydowns in Canadian and UK amps well into the '70s.
As far as the PtP wiring, there is also a model factor in this equation...The PA amps never got PC boards, and were made until about '75. '73 is considered the change-over year for most models.
