ralph | tech pay--??? This site seems to have a a lot of experienced techs, so i thought you could help me with this. I have done some tech work for others, but never at "real" tech wages. I now have a job offer and i need to know what i can realistically expect, as i will be negotiating with them in a couple days. It will be a situation where i'll be maintaining and repairing an inventory of hundreds of amps,[tube and ss] mixers, etc. So what i need to know is what an average electronic tech's hourly wage is so i have an idea of how to negotiate my salary.
