I have been using a set of Svetlana goldtops and really like them, but I'd heard so much hype about the EH's that I decided to try a set. Verdict: didn't like them. They seemed "thinner" than the Svetlanas, with too much treble and a sort of nasal tone. No midrange fullness. Maybe they would sound good in a Marshall, I don't know.
