Justin	Re: pre-amp shields and speaker cab impedence As far as I know, which is a little, but more than all my friends, removing the preamp shields won't do anything bad as long as there's not loose parts and other stuff to bang around inside the head. Just be a little more careful as far as vibrations go, and you should be fine. Don't know about the tone, but it sure LOOKS cool. Justin
