6-stage preamp

| Ricky | 6-stage preamp I would like to build a 5-stage+cathode follower preamp. like a plexi-style preamp with an extra 2 stages. would this be feasable? my goal is to get pretty high gain with no transistors. I have never seen a schematic of any thing like this. could anyone give me some advice on how to build such a preamp? Ricky |
