You can find him at www.soestguitar.com on the web. Steve is a world-recognized expert on Danelectro guitars and is a big reason for their modern success as a company. He is an expert guitar repairman, and he can almost certainly point you in the right direction for your Fender amp needs. Let me say up front that I do not believe Steve does this kind of work himself, but may be able to turn you on to someone who does.
