Even an average/poor made SF Fender is probably heads and shoulders better then those PCB Vibroluxes. For not too much money, you could buy a Pro Reverb OT, loose a few volts off the PT with a zener diode, redo the bias supply to compensate and use two power tubes in that SF Twin for a very nice 40 watt Twin Reverb.
