Actually the skull meter is showing the filament voltage. You have a variac integrated in your amp. I get rid of all that stuff because in my amp the main xformer was burnt so I wound a new one without taps. I would meter de voltage filament with a voltmeter to see whitch tap you need. And also you could use it as Mesa in its "bold" switch lowering a bit the voltages (perhaps one tap before...) I also quit the tube rectifier and put 4007s because the new transformer, but you could also add a rectifier switch. As for the schem I can´t scan it now because I don´t have it any more. It was in a book that one man gave me some time ago but I don´t know where he is now... it is a pity.
