Ray | Philips 6L6WGB tubes in Allen Old Flame Hi All! I'm wondering what the bias should be for Philips 6L6WGB tubes in an Allen Old Flame amp. David Allen recommends 30-35 mV for 6L6GC tubes. Are the 6L6WGB tubes biased the same? Also, What kind of plate voltages are correct for these tubes. I measure the B+ volts as 422 volts, with the wall voltage at 118 volts, using a 5U4 rectifier.
