Next i tried Sovtek KT66, no good. Settled with Svetlana 6L6 for a while, and they sound pretty good. Now i have bought a pair of NOS JAN Philips 7581A, and this is the real deal. Awesome sound! Better than any current KT66, and a lot cheaper than NOS GEC KT66. Sven
