The other e-caps would be the cathode bypass caps on the tag board (no bias supply in this amp -- output stage is cathode biased). The other caps don't need replacing, but you might want to upgrade some of them. For example, if there are signal caps that are ceramic discs and have values of .001u or greater, you might consider replacing them with film types. But this is purely optional.
