Lenco...that's new...a while back, some, not all, were made by EMC in Garland TX. John Cerniak(owner) could tell you which. (972)272-3033. He does some of Holland's iron. I find his direct pricing very reasonable and he does custom: $45 delivered for a 4/8 ohm tweed deluxe OT.  
 
He doesn't have the full set of Triad specs. I had to go to Mojo for a 5E8-A OT.
