You might not need to bother because a bigger screen resistor would give you the same sag. To get the 'envelope' you could use one screen resistor shared between all the power tubes and connect a filter cap on the screen side of the resistor (if you do this you will probably need to add individual screen stoppers of a few tens of ohms)  
 
Or, keep the individual screen resistors, but instead of powering them from the usual node, add a dropper resistor and filter cap. The dynamic behaviour will be different in each case.
