Power scaling: triac in HV primary or secondary??

| Carlos | Power scaling: triac in HV primary or secondary?? Still wondering about power scaling ... Does Kevin use a triac in the primary or secondary side of the power transformer (heaters need an extra transformer)? This way you wouldn't lower the B+ just the current, would you? Any input??
