Someone on the web may have a manual. I think I may have a 50 watt version schematic. It's a Fender standard clean channel with a Fender style driver circuit feeding a solid state power amp. They always reminded me of Kustom meets Fender. The clean sound is somewhat 'blah', but perhaps some of the Fender mods on Steves page might help. AF
