Most likely, the Bass pot has gone bad. If spraying cleaner in there doesn't help, try replacing it with a new 250K audio pot. Consult the http://www.geofex.com/tubeampfaq/taffram.htm" TARGET="_top">Tube Amp FAQ for information about biasing.
