It's absolutely a Fender knockoff. The 2 12AT7's go ; One next-to the power tubes (a driver) and the other is next-to the little reverb driver transformer. If this is the model with the funky purple regulator tube, hang onto it, it's a killer ! If it's not, you have a decent sounding Fender (who's innerds were tweaked by Marantz) Clone, in a really cool cabinet.
