It was a biz friend of ours who had talked to Dumble and was "asked, in a very round about way", to make a suggestion to Steve before it got too "weird". Steve can elaborate if he wants too. Main thing is GW didn't have anything to do with that. I'd think most of these boutique amp guys read this and other sites...or have them read to them if they can't read. When Terry worked with Kendrick, they all must have sat around and looked at this "amp stuff"... all over the net. How many hissy fits were there on AGA and Ted's site... seemed like constantly.
