While I do own it, and I have mentioned it in passing to a few people, I do not now, nor intend to in the future, promote this or use it for promotional purposes. It would be simply asking for legal hassles I simply don't want. I make no secret of the inspiration from which my modifications and some of my products came. I respect Dumbles work, and (like many others i.e.; Mystic Blues, K&M, etc.) have embraced these designs, and refined them with my own thoughts and ideas. Initial product feedback has already shown that they are being judged on their own merits, and are being well received. I think the Trainwreck situation is different in that an agreement to use a person's trademark and their name, and to market products as being that designers products and then not paying them is a downright bad way to do business or to treat someone. I don't think it's fair that we try to pass judgement on Weber's actions, as he isn't here to defend himself, or present his side of what happened. I know from many, that Ken Fischer can be a difficult guy to deal with, so we might not know the entire picture here. And I wasn't the guy who pointed out Geralds tendency's towards the snake oils and such....
