| Ricky | creating rectifier sag I built a 2-6V6,long tail phase inverter 5E3-style amp. I am using a 5Y3 rectifier, but i am still not getting as much sag from the rectifier as i would like- probably due to the PT putting out 150 mA of current. Is there some way to add some sag to the B+ line? I've heard of people wiring resistors somehow to SS rect's to induce sag. could you some how give a tube rectifier more sag the same way? Ricky |
