Hence the reason I use 1% 10 ohm resistors.  
 
Even if they get off by 5% they are still 9.5ohms to 10.5 ohms and that is a very small error factor when compared to 1 ohm.  
If I read .35v (35ma) with the 10 ohm andit was 5% off, the actual current reading could be 33.25ma to 36.75ma.  
Since the 1% resistors are very seldom far off at all, the +or- 5% seems reasonable.  
Also when using small resistors, it doesn't take much heat to ruin their value by 10% to 15%.  
Carefull with the soldering iron
