Shouldnt change the sound, you could essentially use up to 10ohms easily, as long as the resistors are fairly matched, you will be fine, Basically, you were biasing things cold. as long as oyuknow the ACTUAL value of the resistor, you will be fine. ALSO measuring the voltage drop here, you are reading the screen curent as well.. dont forget to subtract that out of the equation (generally screen current is around 5mA, but you could measure that as well |
