EI factory---gone 4 good, or no?

dale | EI factory---gone 4 good, or no? i keep hearing conflicting reports as to the status of the EI factory. some say it was bombed and that it will likely not re-open. others have said it HAS reopened. anyone know truth? also, where can i find EI 12ax7's, and whats a good price? thanks,-dale |
