I´ve built a spitfire with transformers from a 50´s Luxor radio. The´re winded on paper bobbins,like the SPITFIRE And sounds just as good (IF NOT BETTER) For the cost of 40 SKR (about 5 dollars) And if you find a radio with LUXOR BRILLIANT speakers i recomend that you truy them out.
